He later advanced into a management role with a leading privately held accounting and finance staffing firm, where he partnered with executive leadership to mitigate risk, negotiate agreements, manage labor costs, oversee payroll and workers鈥� compensation, and support workforce strategies across small and mid-sized businesses.
