Christian is a Partner at ×îÐÂÌÇÐÄVlog. His experience at Viking includes facilitating transactions from initial exit strategy discussions to post closing operations. He has facilitated transactions across various industries throughout the lower and middle market. Christian is dedicated to working with owners of privately-held businesses to further enhance their full cycle business operations and develop their financial progress, which increases market value and provides for a more lucrative exit strategy.
Early in his career, Christian gained foundational experience working alongside the finance team of a privately held company during its acquisition by a publicly traded Fortune 100 organization. Through this transition, he developed firsthand insight into large-scale corporate operations, regulatory compliance (including SOCS), international contracting, and complex pricing and purchasing structures. He later advanced into a management role with a leading privately held accounting and finance staffing firm, where he partnered with executive leadership to mitigate risk, negotiate agreements, manage labor costs, oversee payroll and workers’ compensation, and support workforce strategies across small and mid-sized businesses.
Through these experiences, Christian developed a clear understanding of how operational cost controls and financial transparency directly impact earnings and ultimately long-term market value, clarity to make solid decisions resulted in positive impacts for each business’s earnings and ultimately their enterprise value. This insight originally led Christian into his role as a Senior Advisor at Viking and now into his advancement as a Partner.
Christian is a dual degree graduate from Florida State University, earning Bachelor of Science Degrees in Finance and Real Estate, and he holds a commercial real estate license.
