Early in his career, Christian gained foundational experience working alongside the finance team of a privately held company during its acquisition by a publicly traded Fortune 100 organization. Through this transition, he developed firsthand insight into large-scale corporate operations, regulatory compliance (including SOCS), international contracting, and complex pricing and purchasing structures. He later advanced into a management role with a leading privately held accounting and finance staffing firm, where he partnered with executive leadership to mitigate risk, negotiate agreements, manage labor costs, oversee payroll and workers鈥� compensation, and support workforce strategies across small and mid-sized businesses.
