Established specialty wholesale distributor of perimeter access control (PAC) equipment serving the Southeastern United States. Founded in 2007 and operating from a 2,400 sq ft facility, the Company has built a reputation for product breadth, technical expertise, and same-day fulfillment among professional gate installers, fence builders, electricians, and contractors.
The Company sources from dozens of recognized manufacturers, with the top 5 representing approximately 85–90% of revenue, including category leaders in gate operators, access control hardware, telephone-entry systems, and safety mechanisms. The customer base is diversified across nearly 300 active accounts, with no single customer exceeding 7% of revenue.
2025 was the most profitable year in company history. Revenue of $2.96M generated record net income of $367K (up 210% YoY) and Seller’s Discretionary Earnings of $553K, supported by gross margin improvement to 31.4% and a disciplined operating model. Revenue moderated 4.6% from 2024 ($3.10M peak) as ownership focused on a separate spin-off venture, but profitability expanded materially.
The Company offers a clean operating platform for an owner-operator, strategic acquirer, or distribution-industry investor. Key strengths include a tenured 3-person team capable of running day-to-day operations, an AI-enabled e-commerce website launched in 2026, transparent pricing (tariffs passed through at cost with zero markup), and multiple identified growth levers — geographic expansion into the underserved Carolinas Triad region, outbound sales (currently zero), product mix expansion, and recurring revenue subscription models.
