Todd has advised founder owned, private equity backed, and publicly traded companies across a number of sectors and geographies.
Todd graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a major in Finance and minor in Economics. He lives in Charlotte with his wife, Leah, and their two children, Andie and Grey. Outside of work, he enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with family.
