Listing Price: Market Value

An exceptional opportunity to acquire a well-established, multi-facility third-party logistics (3PL) provider offering warehousing, fulfillment, and value-added logistics services to consumer product companies serving both retail and direct-to-consumer channels.

Since transitioning to a dedicated 3PL model, the Company has developed a scalable fulfillment platform supported by integrated warehouse management systems, documented standard operating procedures, and embedded retail compliance workflows.

Long-standing customer relationships, contractual agreements, and operational integration contribute to durable, recurring revenue characteristics and strong operating performance.
The operation is supported by experienced personnel, established systems, and streamlined processes that enable efficient day-to-day execution with limited owner involvement.

The business consistently generates strong margins and benefits from favorable industry tailwinds as more companies outsource logistics and fulfillment functions. With existing infrastructure in place, the company is well-positioned for continued expansion under new ownership.
