After 25 years, Steve and Myra Billings decided it was finally time to retire and sought out the services of a third-party firm to help broker the deal.

The prospective buyer was Mark Minier, a swim coach from Atlanta who was looking to invest in an aquatics center of his own.聽 Mark Minier had the experience, tenacity, and drive needed to fit with the business and the deal was closed. 鈥淲e could not be happier with the results and look forward to enjoying retirement while watching the business continue to flourish,鈥 says Steve Billings.
