Kevin and Ellen Carlisle purchased the business in 2006, with the focus of expanding the business.
鈥淲hen we purchased Perfect Image, it was a print and mail shop. We wanted to offer additional B2B services to complement our 鈥榩rint shop鈥� and the natural next step was into the marketing realm鈥�, says Kevin Carlisle, former owner of Perfect Image. Over time, the business developed into a marketing agency offering services such as web design, email marketing, and social media management. After successfully growing Perfect Image, Kevin and Ellen decided they were ready for a change and enlisted the help of Viking Mergers senior advisor, Peter Keretsis, to assist them with the sale of their business.

After only a few months on the market, Tom Pagani and Andy Horsey came forward with an interest in acquiring Perfect Image, and proved to be the right fit.
鈥淲e could not be more pleased with the new owners鈥�, says Ellen Carlisle. 鈥淭om and Andy鈥檚 vision aligns greatly with the goals and mission of Perfect Image鈥�. The new owners plan to grow the company and further develop their marketing offerings.
