Experts at Belk College are predicting the creation of about 30,000 jobs in Charlotte in 2015 with an unemployment rate of 5.84%. City officials are already preparing to accommodate the growth after announcing a plan to construct 3,000 additional housing and commercial units in the uptown area this year.

Google Fiber is expected to be 100x faster than conventional internet and is definitely appealing to buyers looking to relocate to Charlotte.
